Been finding a lot of projects and recipes on Pinterest. Decided to share my "experiments" as I try new projects. Here is the first recipe. Chicken Wrapped in Bacon. One thing I changed is that I bought plain cream cheese and added chives, granulated garlic and minced onion. The family loved it and we will definitely make it again.  1 lbflattened chicken breast |
| 8 slicesbacon |
| 1 8oz containercream cheese; (sour cream & chives) |
| 4 patsof butter |
Chicken Wrapped in Bacon Preparation
Spread Cream Cheese on the chicken.
Place a cube of butter in center
Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper
Roll up and wrap with Bacon
Bake uncovered in deep dish @ 400 for 35 - 40 minutes
Then place 6 inches from broiler for 5-10 more minutes to brown the bacon. Serve
